Step 1: Getting to Know You, Your Style, and Your Space

 Learning about you, your needs, and what design elements you like or dislike. During this phase you will send me the necessary information needed to move forward with your design: photos of your existing space and dimensions.

Step 2: Floor Plan

Creating a new layout that makes the most sense for your flow of life. You will be able to see your space in 3D to best visualize your new floor plan.

Step 3: Concept Board

A complete shopping list for all the changes, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for your newly designed space. If any structural changes are to be made, we will go over those as well.

Step 4: Realistic Rendering

Photo realistic 3D visualizations of your newly designed space so you can see exactly what it will look like before you make any purchases or changes.

Step 5: Order and Installation

For installation I provide detailed instructions so you can easily put together your new space. You will receive a full shopping list so you can order all items to create your design on your own timeline. Purchasing services and designer wholesale prices available with the Premium Design Experience.
